We care about you and your family here at Southern Calvert Baptist Church. Our Children and Youth Ministries are build to make sure the next generation is strong in their faith and that they know that God created them and loves them very much. Below are just a sample of the programs we have for your children throughout the year.
Vacation Bible School
Magnified! VBS will encourage kids to look closely at the details of God’s amazing world and magnify, or proclaim, the greatness of God. God made us, cares about us, loves us, forgives us, and is faithful to keep all His promises to us. We can praise God together! We were made to magnify God!

Fishermen's Club
During the summer months, all elementary aged children are invited to join us on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM for Fishermen’s Club. Parents are welcome to join us for Bible study while their children join us for Bible study, songs, crafts, games, and snacks.
Toddler Time
Join us for Toddler Time!
If you need to get out of the house with your little ones and let them burn some energy, join us in the Fellowship Hall at Southern Calvert Baptist Church, Monday's from 9:30 - 11:00 AM.
Infant through Kindergarten can bring a parent, grandparent, or adult caregiver for a time of free play and interactive songs.
Toddler Time will resume September 18th!
Trunk or Treat
October 31st from 6-8PM
Trunk or Treat is a fun filled evening of music, games, candy, hotdogs, and much more. The event is free. No scary costumes, please.

Children's Easter Celebration
March 30th, 2024 from 9AM-11AM!
This free event will feature egg hunts, games, face-painting, crafts, donuts, a cupcake walk, and more!

CONNECT KIDS CAMP
During spring break all elementary aged children (K-5th) are invited to join us for Connect Kids Camp where they will join us for a week long Bible study, songs, crafts, games, and snacks.
